Let me introduce myself. My name is Caleb Sanders and I moved from Idaho to the Muncie area with my family in 2021. By following industry safety best-practices and standards for your protection, I am able to provide the best, most thorough diagnoses and repairs to the Muncie community. I want to offer the community a good personalized option for your heating and air conditioning needs.
I grew up in Portland, OR as a young kid, helping my dad on the weekends to shimmy ductwork into crawl spaces and handing him screw drivers. Turns out, I had a knack for the business and became a proficient helper as “speaking machine” is something that I love to do. I’ve worked for a lot of great companies over the years as I have moved about, and am so grateful for the skills that my dad helped to develop in me at such a young age.
Other things that I love to do are get my hands greasy under the hood of my diesel truck, build custom motorcycles, race cars when I can manage it, drive my kids and dogs batty with my harmonica skills and fix and flip houses with my beautiful wife, who I met when I was 15. I grew up in a big family and now have 11 kids of my own. I have started to enjoy the fruits of the next generation and have 7 grandkids to cherish already. Life is good! The Lord has certainly blessed me and it’s getting even better!

Following in my footsteps, my son, Jacob, has joined the business. You may find him with me or by himself on the job but don’t worry, we have full confidence in the work he does. After all, HVAC skills run in the family.
